Operational Cloud Support - French
In this job you are working together with the technical support department. Your primal task is to source all the complex (end-to end) incoming questions of corporate companies from all over the world. Together with your colleagues you work to solve all logged issues in the systems.This department is responsible to solve every proper escalation. As an experienced technical support you know how to manage your time to fulfil and finish tasks. In this fast moving technical environment there will always lance new products.To keep understanding this business market you are responsible to keep your self-updated with new information and by learning every day. If there is a need your colleagues knows that they can count on your assist.
You have high communication skills in written and speaking of both languages
Experience with working with Windows Servers, data management (Microsoft) and
knowledge of trusted domains like MS, Oracle DB, MS SQL, RAID, Hyper-V (VMware)
and you are able to transfer information and networking of divers systems.
